c0mpute bench: workers now advertise how fast, not just what

c0mpute 0.2.27 adds a per-node benchmark (fib, matmul, blake3 at 1 to N threads) that folds into one score the network compares, published in every worker's capability ad. The TUI moves to hqtui with the score as its first panel.
